However...

…we encourage you not to be blinded by this list of its supposed characteristics. In this case, the first impression is a false one. While it looks good on paper, this site hides some shady business practices which can be harmful to players.

We previously reviewed the casino as ‘transparently’ displaying everything it has to offer, laying it all out in the open. Unfortunately, this ultimately revealed quite a few cracks warranting the above warning. This led to an upgrade of its status to blacklisted, and if you wish to find out why just keep reading.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

As many of you may know, MrXbet has been on our listed warning casinos, which has since been upgraded to our more severe ‘blacklisted’ category, reserved for only the biggest offenders. Those casinos featuring a skull symbol next to it are in this category, and we strongly urge players to avoid these brands at all costs and select a venue from our approved section.

Why has the site been upgraded to our blacklisted category?

Where do we even begin? For starters, it has zero proof of a valid gaming license, a serious red flag in our book.

To make things worse...

...the site did initially claim that it has a valid gambling license, but that was discovered to be un untruth.

Now you such statement or any information about the licensing can’t be found anywhere on the site. However, there is the following claim found in the FAQ section: “The software we use to randomize deals has been thoroughly tested and reveals no bias or predictability, and has been approved by eCOGRA”.

No stamp of this organization is visible at the site, which is usually the case when the games are certified as fair by the seal of this agency.
Other reasons include several reports of non-payments, a failure to respond when contacted by the LCB team regarding player complaints, and a lack of proper explanation for issues posed by its members.

Player Complaints

According to one member, who detailed an experience from February 2018, when requesting a first-time withdrawal, she was asked to send proper documentation. Fair enough.

The documents were provided by the player and accepted by the casino. No concerns yet.

However...

...the player added: “after a couple of days I tried to log in to my account, but it was blocked. I sent an email to their support to ask what was the issue. They did not give an exact answer. I have tried to contact them several times but no answer.” Sounds fishy to us.

The user further went on to comment that they contacted an assistant from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission (who the site initially claimed to be licensed by) and was told by the representative that the license had been terminated in September of 2017.

When contacted by our moderator, the casino delayed to respond and finally did so with the vague explanation that the player’s account had been blocked due to a breach in T&Cs.

The user later posted an official response from the casino: "We are actually processing to a verification of your account, the support will get back to us very soon and we'll be in touch with you as soon as we get more information. Otherwise, please consider that we decided to close the account for some reasons."

Talk about vague and unprofessional. When the player is accused of breaching the T&C, the site at least should have the decency to explain the offense it has made. Closing an account for “some reasons” and leaving it at that is simply unexpectable. If it happened to one player who's to say it won’t happen to others? It’s a kind of gamble users aren’t there for. 

Even if the punter’s actions were against platform's rules…

…the operator should give such user a proper explanation. Instead, it is ignoring the player’s complaints. Leaving it in the dark to guess what it might do wrong is a big red flag about the transparency, the company’s amateur policy, and the overall trustworthiness of the site.

Conclusion

While we always advise players to register at venues that have proper licenses...

…it will be wrong to condemn them all. There are some excellent venues that take good care of their players, but still are waiting for their licenses to be approved.

Therefore, casinos with no license aren’t automatically bad and unreliable, but players should approach them with great caution. But when an unregulated site is falsely stating that it has proper certification, and its license is expired, it opens a lot of questions.
