However, no matter how promising the presentation offered by the provider seems on the surface, one thing shouldn’t be ignored- the absence of a license. A clickable seal that aims to verify that Nitrobetting Casino operates in line with some standards imposed by a gambling regulator is nowhere to be found.

That was one of the reasons this casino ended up as a testing subject in our most ambitious project so far named “From the Players for the Players”. Our hard-working team delegated three different testers to examine this platform, each bringing tons of excellent insights.

Terms & Conditions

When a casino doesn’t have a license, the thing we usually do is examine the casino’s Terms and Conditions, usually in a search for more weak points.

Since most of the issues have to do with payments, we shall first focus on all deposit and withdrawal-related Terms.

“8. Cash outs are reviewed on a daily basis, usually within 24 hours from the moment a request is placed. Once a payment has been approved, the withdrawal request will be finalized based on the selected option for payment.”

While it may happen that the operator does process a payment in the stated timeframe, multiple players have experienced significant delays with their cashout requests. This confirms that the operator has serious issues with time management and it fails to honor its own Terms of Service.

Yes, all casinos do have the right to determine the limits themselves, and sometimes they also depend on the payment method selected. However, a player with a higher loyalty ranking, which was supposed to mean increased cashout limits was offered a “payment” plan with cashout limits that were even below the weekly average.

Exploring the FAQs, players shall encounter the following response related to the maximum withdrawal amount:

“The cashier has a maximum amount per request which is determined primarily by your account’s longevity and its Tier. Please keep in mind that all withdrawals will undergo an internal review process and any amount larger than 50 mBTC may require extra revisions.”

Although a higher tier is usually supposed to mean increased cashout limits, players had issues with withdrawals that are even below 50 mBTC. The operator quite often used Bitcoin value fluctuation as an excuse for slower request processing due to a larger volume of withdrawal requests placed.

FAQs also note that setting up 2FA is one of the important preconditions of a successful cashout. As seen from the tests conducted, the first tester needed to set up 2FA, which seemed to have caused an issue with cashout processing. The other two testers didn’t even set it at all.

As for the withdrawal processing timeframe, the explanation goes as follows:

“While we cannot quote an exact time-frame, our processing team is always working to make sure that each payment is completed as soon as possible. Once approved, your withdrawal should be processed in no more than 2 hours, could even take just a few minutes.

All the withdrawal requests go through a review process to protect your funds and keep the fair play environment our clients deserve.”

The complaints from our forum indicate that processing takes much longer than that.

Integrity/Trustworthiness

The absence of a license and problematic Terms altogether represent just the tip of the iceberg and just some of the reasons why a warning label was attached to this casino. The main reason is a whole army of unsatisfied customers.

A rise in complaints related to Nitrobetting Casino’s services is continuous, and they are all related to delayed withdrawals. For most of these complaints, we haven’t even received any updates from the casino. Their overall responsiveness has decreased, as they no longer reply directly to members on the forum.

The main issue reported by players is that the casino does not pay out the full withdrawal amount at once but instead processes payments in irregular weekly installments. Some players receive payments twice a week, while others go a full week or longer without receiving anything.

From what we have seen, all withdrawals are processed in mBTC, and players typically receive around 50 mBTC per installment. Additionally, each part of the withdrawal is not automatically processed, players must manually request each installment of their withdrawal separately.

Only after approval is that part is paid, and the process repeats until the full amount is received. This creates confusion, as nowhere in the Terms & Conditions is this process explicitly stated. We have already pointed this out to them, and the response we received was that the team would look into it and see if they can add something regarding that in the T&C.

Furthermore, the casino mentions "customer limits", which seem to depend on the player’s profile, but there is no clarification on what factors determine these limits in the T&C.

The payouts do eventually go through, but they are irregular and take a long time to process. Overall, it seems that the payout process is disorganized and lacks a clear structure.

Player Complaints

Nitrobetting Casino representative announced presence on LCB’s direct support forum on January 13, 2025. Only two days went by since the very first complain was posted, by our member Anyangg who warned people about a week long delay in processing a withdrawal request.

The response from the rep arrived quickly, advising the player on who to address. The situation was resolved quickly, marking the first complaint as RESOLVED.

On February 2, 2025, another member named broadways206 informed the community that the casino was refusing to pay him his balance of $30,000. Instead, they offer him a “special payment plan”, in which he’d receive $4,000 per week. As he noted, he’s a diamond player.

This complaint seems to have opened Pandora's box, as ever since lots of members have reported issues with this operator. The problems shared with the community mainly involved delayed withdrawals, unresponsive customer support, and unclear communication.

Consumers have reported multi-day and even multi-week delays with Bitcoin withdrawal processing, despite being long-time customers. In some situations, the casino's representative acknowledged the delay and requested the player's account number to investigate further., but not all of these scenarios had a happy ending, to say so.

Additionally, customers have expressed frustration with Nitrobetting's customer support, citing unresponsiveness and lack of updates. Some users reported that the casino ignored their emails and failed to process payments as promised. They also raised concerns about the casino's promotional offers, suggesting that the company might be using promotions to encourage further deposits while not fulfilling withdrawal requests.

At times, players even felt misinformed or misled. For example, a player named ghivicielee was told that their withdrawal was canceled by the customer, which they denied. They also reported that, despite passing the KYC process, their withdrawal was still not processed.

In some cases, the involvement of our forum moderators has led to resolutions, but unfortunately, based on the experiences posted on the forum thread, negative impressions prevail.

All in all, based on all the evidence gathered, we felt that putting unlicensed Nitrobetting Casino on the warning list was a must. Yet, worth noting is that whenever an operator decides to turn over a new leaf, our team provides such an opportunity. Who’s to say that Nitrobetting Casino won’t do that at some point?
