I had the funds to cover the return of promo funds and withdraw prior to reaching out to chat support. The have since block my account so i cant even access their customer service. and because they did want to cash out what would have amounted to $70 winnings, considering I did make a $30 deposit. I still play on the site but not nearly as often. I was verified last November and right now trying to get verified, address verified which hasn't changed. My utilities are included and in my husbands name so they accept insurance documents. I forwarded that information with my name and physical address it was denied so I suppose I will have to take the time at this point to contact the casino by phone. Just not sure it is even worth the time at this point, the need to be verified every 6 months seems a bit bothersome especially when your information is still the same and gets denied either way.

Another scam site masquerading as a legit RTJ site. Their deposit bonuses are way too good to be true and all you will do is lose their games and if you should ever win to make you jump through hoops to get verified and then take months and months to pay you if they don’t make up rules that you didn’t break to say you violated...

This is the only casino that I have ever hit a random jackpot on. It is no doubt one of the worst casinos to be caught playing and depositing at. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you just like giving it away. LCB has it at the bottom of the list for a reason

Horrible customer service. I have cashed out from this casino multiple times but each time took over a month even after having my identity verified and all documents were approved. They required a long list of verifications including taking a selfie with a local newspaper showing the date and town. Would not recommend....
