The worst casino I've ever played. While most casinos are set up with rules that make winning money a challenge Primaplay is actively looking for reasons and ways to not pay. I've won multiple times here on "free bonuses" after having made fairly large real money deposits and every time for different reasons they voided...

The terms are definitely not in your favor but even if you slip thru the cracks while abiding to those terms they will likely move the goalposts and deny your winnings with a loophole. I highly recommend avoiding this spot and it's sister casinos(although admittedly the sisters aren't nearly as bad)

I was paid out in BTC to my coinbase wallet later on that same day. I wouldn’t say it was instant payout but honestly it wasn’t like a whole day of waiting on it either. I won and submitted a cashout request around lunchtime-ish and I do believe I was settled out by like four that afternoon. Seems impossible to win here, tried multiple bonuses and they go absolutely nowhere.. stick with other RTG casinos .. also I've noticed most with the universal sign up screen rarely give any decent bonus and the ones that are given pretty much remember that you accepted a bonus on 1 so no if the sisters to it allow anything...

Well I really enjoyed playing here right up til the point of having won and verifying my account with a verification deposit necessary to withdraw my winnings. I exceeded 10 days by 1 day and GOODBYE winnings!! In tems but not forthcoming otherwise as to this 10 days to verify account stipulation.

A deposit MUST be made after each free chip or free spins is claimed NO EXCEPTION. They do have a promo ($10 chip) “that says” it can be claimed if you’ve made a deposit before but haven’t played in a few months. BUT I’ve not been able to redeem it and management says a deposit had to be made. No free spins on new games...
