this casino has a really good and strong reputation, my experience is maybe an exception, i never been able to play my free welcome bonus, i found customer service very unpleasant and, to be honest, i think their graphic is very old and this makes the whole site not easy to use and not fonctional...

Joined PrimeSlots some while ago, because of a nice Free Spins and Bonus offer upon first deposit. After depositing, I didn't get any free spins or bonus.. I find the games list on this site a little hard to use - things aren't in a very logical grouping.
