I was sent 2 emails after I sent my withdrawal in on the same day the first saying congrats you should have your money shortly then I received the next email that said the withdrawal will be approved in 7-10 days (business days people!)lol. September 18th I get 2 more emails first one saying my money will be deposited shortly! Yaya! Second email said deposit will happen in 7-10 days. I won't even go into all of the chats I had because it would turn into a war and peace like novel. They will never see another penny from me. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to play here... unless he was the worst ever then I might! !!!!!!!DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!

Used a free welcome bonus that had a max cash out of like 100 but ended up winning like 5k! Of course just my luck. So I played it all away until I got to 100 and never was able to even cash out anyways. Very disappointing.

This has been one of the casinos that have been able to be consistent with withdrawals. they do not take a long time to process their withdrawals and support is great. i wish there we more promotions but no complaints overall.
