One problem that has come up more than once is players logging out and coming back the next day only to find that they’ve got no money left in their account. Explanations of multiple accounts have been given but with the overall nonpayment history the explanations are difficult to believe. In these cases deposits are to be returned to players but many have waited weeks to months to get their money returned.
Players who meet every demand the casino makes have still experienced delays. The most common direction from the casino is to send in proper documentation. Players comply only to be told that their documents did not pass verification. The process starts all over when players resend documentation and can take a quite a long time to resolve, if it’s ever resolved at all.
Among the most controversial rules that this casino and its sister sites have come up is the random security checks. Players are verified but are somehow randomly selected for these checks when they request a withdrawal. Many players have been burned by this process, which takes up to 60 days to complete.

If only #12 was of the T&C’s was actually true. Players have been known to wait much longer.
“Custom approval: Based on player status such as a VIP player, all withdrawals requested will be reviewed, approved or denied within 6 business days of the request being made.”
You get special treatment as a VIP with a 6 day approval process while all other players can wait 10 days. With all the delays players that have never been paid are probably wishing it was just 10 days.

I have an account with this casinos from a long time ago but I never deposited at this casino. It is really hard now a days to find a good Rival and seeing the warning sign just further proves that point. When i played the freebie, it did not last long at all.
Fun casino to play at. Not my favorite of all time but well worth a 3 Star rating. I like the games but the bonuses really aren't the greatest that they could be.

Ruby Royal is supposedly one of the more reputable Rival casinos but my experience there was pretty much par for the course. I claimed an exclusive welcome free chip, which I lost, and later considered depositing with a bonus offer - only to find "No promotions available" in my account any more.
I would like to change my opinion for now .. Got another free 10 promo, wagered, but cancelled withdrawal because of multiple promotion in a row.. shame.
