If your account appears 'restricted' you can contact support for a password. However, lacklustre support and stalled payments may not be enough to keep this sinking ship afloat, regardless of how new the servers may be. Players require consistent reliability and sadly, that is something unavailable here. If you've great patience and unbending faith, you may still find some enjoyment here. Otherwise, a poor RTG choice in my opinion.
