After completing a new playerr sign on bonus I went to redeem. Then..... NOTHING. No customer service help. The link didn't even work. Then after three we eks of waiting my account went magically to zero. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS

This one was one of the first casinos in a play at. Don’t reason why I played there so long was because I had no other experience to compare it to. I guess I didn’t think you could actually win on online slots at the time so I just kept playing there. Never did withdraw. Pick another casino.

Even on valid withdrawals they have so many roadblocks and time frame issues that it makes you want to bang your head against a wall and give up

After spending hours on there free chip when signing up and being able to claim the 100 free chip I try to send in my kyc just for them to tell me my account is blocked cause sister casino which I wasn’t even aware off. Slot Madness Casino is actually a fun place to play. Decent customer service the one and only time I had to use them. But, like so many others have stated, the wait time to request a payout and ACTUALLY receive the payout is so rediculously long that it counteracts my desire to ever play here again.

If the withdraw process was faster, this would be one of my top 5 depositing sites. Managed 4 withdraws in the last few years and have been paid without issues, but the wait was between 6-12 weeks, faster for last winnings to 3 1/2 months for $1400.

I have to agree highly with the warning to this casino. I got some very high no deposit bonuses from them and when I won they never paid out waited 3 months contacted customer service numerous times and then the money just disappeared with no record at all I would advise highly playing at this casino in any of their sister...

I personally have never had payout w/playing there so don't know regardless of LCB's warning....I like the software for the slots........

I just a minute ago received a payout that was approved on may 23, 2016!!! I have 3 more , I cant wait to see how long they take! like another person said, they sure do give the run around when they have to pay you!!

Just talked to Slot Madness - they said this chip is no longer valid. I was given a link for a $50 chip for Captain Jack. I thought that that casino had some probems, including malware...? Not sure why this is still being displayed on LCB if either of these is true. Thanks.

i never bothered with this casino as a for real experience, but i did take advantage of their bonus code 1000FREE like a million times just so i could pretend like i was a baller and just making ridiculous bets all over the place... but ultimately avoid this casino if you're playing for realsies.

I received an Email from Slot Madness stating that my payout was approved! I then proceeded to wait for an Email from the payouts department, which I did within 2 days. The Max Cashout on the Free Chip was $50. Within 5 days I received my check! I know this casino has gotten a bad rap, but my experience with them has been a pleasant one!
