Ive played at this casino many times over the past few years, and never had any issues withdrawals (although the options are very limited) Anyway, I recently tried to do a bankwire withdrawal, waited forever, alot of back and forth, until I finally realized that I had entered the wrong account number. At that point I knew someone else was enjoying my $750 . I explained it to the lady I had been emailing with via support, and told her I get that it was my mistake- and that its probably a loss at this point. At 6am the next morning I received an email from her saying that they were able to reverse the transfer, and the money was already back in my account so I could resubmit the withdrawal. It had been 6 weeks since I first submitted, I never thought Id get the money.. Ive never had any other site work so hard to make things right.. esp when I made the mistake. Something to be said for that.

The bonus even though it was a no deposit wasn't really enough to get a feel for them to put my actual money into it especially with how fast it was lost. I even got a bonus round of a free 15 spins and came out with zero from that too. Usually big cash will does alright it was my go to for a long time on a small bankroll. But not today I guess.

Useless bonuses. They let you win a bonus jackpot only for it to be taken away because you violated one of their terms. Too many terms and conditions that work against the player. Support is lackluster.

I managed to make it through verification, and I over-reacted to the slowness of the process as I have had some horrific experiences before. I also did not care for some of the things I saw happen with the games, seemingly not acting normally for times. I have since decided I was playing at what must have been the worst possible time with literally nothing hitting, to go from 4,000 to 900 with almost zero payback(every bonus was less than 10x, most 0). I did manage to get it up to about 2100 or so some days later, then down to $1500, so it must have been some kind of weird variance I guess. Sure wish I could withdraw though. Every review I have seen about the checks from slots capital say they were returned as fraud or not accepted. I do not want to be handing checks to my credit union they think are fraud, and I would hope no one else would either. I have yet to find a single person who had success with the checks they send in reviews(perhaps they have and didn't mention it or I haven't seen it), and my credit union does not do international bank transfers. I also noted some people stated it took 8 weeks to receive a check! I probably would play here quite often if they did have that bitcoin withdrawal option, but as of now I am just twiddling my thumbs playing the balance up and down, hoping they come through with it soon as the live chat mentioned they were implementing it, although did not give a time-frame. If they manage to implement it, I could recommend this casino. Until then, it seems the withdrawal process is not player friendly and geared towards getting the player to play the balance down with long verification and poor withdrawal options.

I met playthrough and still had 500 over the sticky bonus so I attempt a withdrawal. They sent me an email requesting I send by email, pics of front n back of id and credit card and to fill out a credit card form (which had very questionable language about me being liable regardless) and email all this back to them. First off no reason anyone needs photo copy of credit card. I have been making online purchases for years and never filled out this type of form or sent pics of card. Second sending this type of info out over the world wide web via email is a major no no as far as identity security is concerned. I sent them ID, proof of address and a bank statement of account both deposit and withdraw are connected to(which should be sufficient). I told them I don't feel comfortable sending card info via email but if they have an upload option in chat or something I could upload form that way if it is necessary. That was 3 days ago and I have not heard back from them. It is ridiculous they ask you to put all your info out there like that leaving yourself no security in order to receive payout. No one ever asks for this much but any card related info they do ask for is always uploaded directly to site.

I've cashed out twice here. Once on a no dep. Chip and once with a dep. Bonus, 1st time was approx. 16 days total for sending in docs, hold period and bank wire/US, 2nd I opted for check, had it in my hands within 1 week.

The only thing I don't like about these rival casinos is they have some of the strangest bonus offers most of the time. That's what it seems like. Fun on the freebies, but probably won't deposit here.

However, despite what some of the reviews say here, I've always found customer service to be helpful and on-point, and Slots Cap and 1 other Rival software casino have a very, very good financial history. As a professional, I am much more interested in safety and security with my money at casinos rather than the glitz effect, bonuses, and sometimes, even game ability. Bottom line is that if you win at Slots Cap, you're gonna get paid, and that is the most important factor for me, even if it means playing at a casino for which I do not like the software, or game selection.
