I had to write to the complaints dept on LCB forum and get the Slots Plus rep to reach out to the platform in an effort to find a resolution that reflected the fair gaming they are claiming to provide. First, they passed down false information to the rep and they promised they had put $50 out of that $80 they took back into the balance so I could withdraw the funds, but they hadn't actually followed through and after several more days of frustration finally they seemingly got their you know what together and sent me an email saying the payment was completed and they had sent $150.17 to my BTC address. Days later however, that transaction is still a mystery as they never provided me with a transaction hash to view it on the Blockchain and their god awful withdrawal support guy refuses to give it to me so they are still telling lies and being rude while doing so I hate this casino
