I originally submitted request back on 12/28 but didn’t know I needed to send KYC documents so I did on 1/3 after I reached out on status. I have been told that my cards had the incorrect expiration on them, which they did not, probably 3-4 days of back and forth on this, so I ended up typing out the forms so handwriting couldn’t be misinterpreted, I did this probably 4 different times. Finally they got accepted. Checked back almost everyday, KYC emailed me saying my withdrawal request was in process, and kept being told that my request would be escalated and to wait for an email update from their slots7 team. I have chatted with “Sophie” and “Anna” EVERYTIME I have reached out with the exception on today, finally chatted with”Smith” but I have repeatedly been asked if I sent in KYC documents, I have received emails saying it was approved yet stays on KYC approved still shows “no”, I have asked to chat or talk to someone but am just being told to wait for an update. Even made a joke to one of the ladies i chatted with that they are always working, since they literally were the only ones on chat EVERYTIME / everyday i chatted. I wish I would have read the reviews before I deposited because I have spent a lot of money with them and now that I am eligible to cash out some winning, I am just being told to wait. I have even asked the chat people, if this was a legit website because they have all my information, multiple formats and several times, and have been told it is. I also didn’t know about the 10x deposit cash out until I hit $40k (thought I was in the clear and super excited) balance and tried to cash out. Then was def surprised to be told that was not the case. My cash out request is $1560 but from the looks of everyone else who has attempted to cash out from this website, I sadly doubt I will see it. I really could use it now too because my car just passed the warranty miles and it’s making a funny noise. Anyway…. I keep emailing and chatting asking for any update or an idea of when I could possibly see it hit my bitcoin, but I haven’t heard anything back in over a week. The promotion I wanted didn't detail a minimum deposit in it's description and there was NOTHING in the T&C's about a minimum except to say that each promotion had it's own minimum so I assumed $25 was a safe bet. When my deposit finally showed up I wasn't able to add my promo. The rep I had on chat said the minimum for that promo was $30. I asked where I could see that info because I had, I assumed, overlooked it and was very adamant that that I had no problem paying the additional money. The next hair and 45 minutes was spent going back and forth. She couldn't tell me where to find the bonus deposit info and sent me a link to the main casino page no less than 6 times telling me to read the T&C's. When I asked her what page of the T&C's it was on she couldn't tell me. Throughout this time I told her repeatedly I would deposit another $10 if she could guarantee me I'd get the promotion. The chat ended with her telling me if I deposited another $20 (yes $20) I would get my promotion. I deposited, waited until it was showing, and chatted back. I got passed from rep to rep with no explanation. Somehow I ended up with the first rep again and she ended the chat on me. I never got any kind of promotion. I left my balance as is and played nothing for 24 hours just in case. Then I said F it and played it. I couldn't spend that long on a chat again just to get screwed over and hung up on.

July 7, 2021: I received a call from this casino, offering me a special, 750% deposit bonus. Through a combination of slow, grinding persistence and dumb luck (as so often happens with slots) I managed to make it through the 30X wagering requirement and accumulate enough so that I had the maximum withdrawable amount (10 x $100 deposit = $1000) plus the $750 to cover the bonus funds, which were, of course, non-cashable. July 8, 2021: I made my initial withdrawal request, and submitted my KYC documents within an hour or two of the withdrawal request. Because the household utilities are not in my name, and hoping to avoid disclosing any more personal financial information than I had to, I shared a correspondence from my retirement investment firm (which is a valid, recognized financial institution) as proof of address. I received the following an email, and I immediately replied, sending them my actual bank statement, which is from a credit union. Here in the US, a credit union is functionally identical to a bank. It's where I have my checking, savings, car loan, and credit card accounts. I have no accounts at any other banks. July 12, 2021, I send another reply, asking for clarification or confirmation that the account statement I submitted was acceptable. I receive no reply. July 13, I receive this email, not as a reply, but in a separate email discussion altogether, which is alarmingly titled "Withdrawal Request - Cancelled" I immediately reply with my availability for that day. July 13: I receive another email (which doesn't appear as a reply to the first email but in a separate discussion thread, with the same title as the last). I again immediately reply, letting them know I will be available all day, and even into the early hours of July 14, in case time zones were an issue. (At this point, it has actually only been nine days since I submitted the withdrawal request, not two weeks as I stated. that was my error, probably made due to that weird time-dilation phenomenon that seems to happen when you are yelling into the void and there's no evidence that anyone is hearing you, and also due to the fact that *they are sitting on MY money*, which tends to make me cranky and suspicious.) July 19: 7 days after receiving the email stating that their manager needed to speak to me, I send the following email: I also submit another negative review (or rather, a complaint) this time here at LCB, and send them the link. In retrospect, the time frame that has elapsed at this point isn't all that long or unreasonable for a first time KYC approval, but it FEELS like it's been a lot longer, because by this time, I feel like they're not going to pay me my money. July 20: Finally, I receive a call from an account representative identifying himself as Nicholas, who tells me they need a different proof of address. I finally find a document they deem acceptable. Nicholas then tells me that to "avoid complications" they want to disburse my $1000 in $200 payments, once a week for five weeks. I inform him that no, this is not acceptable. The most I will accept is multiple smaller payments over the course of a single week, but honestly, at this point, I'm side-eying them HARD. July 21: Nicholas calls me again, this time to get an updated bitcoin address (I sent my SegWit address, they needed Legacy.) He tries to talk me into accepting three payments over three weeks, and tells me this is to avoid interfering with their payments to other players (rather than to "avoid complications and delays", which was the excuse they used the day before. July 26: Not having heard anything else, I send another email asking for a status update on my withdrawal. July 29: I receive a call from Nicholas. Over the course of an hour-long conversation, he tells me that within 24 hours they are prepared to disburse $500 of the $1000 I'm owed, with the remainder to be paid next week, but that if I will edit the initial review I made here on LCB, they would bump that up to $700. At this point, I'm frankly outraged that they now appear to be holding my money hostage pending a better review, but seeing as I'm recently unable to work due to an injury, I feel I have to play along so I can get my money, which I very much need. July 30, 2021: Nicholas calls me this morning telling me they have processed my entire payment. I check my bitcoin wallet and, indeed, the entire $1000 is there. He asks me, very earnestly, to post an updated review stating that my impression of the casino has improved. Has it? Going back over our correspondence, and the long intervals in which I received no reply despite my best good-faith efforts to establish communication, I have to say in that regard, no, it hasn't. They are extremely poor at communicating clearly, effectively, and promptly. That said, the timeline for the entire ordeal is not as long as it felt when all this was happening. From the initial withdrawal request to payout was 22 days, which I'm given to understand is not all that unusual for first-time KYC processing, especially for players in the US. I really was under the impression that it was longer, because it FELT that way and I hadn't looked back over the dates of all the emails and done the math. But in retrospect, I probably did jump the gun a bit, which contributed to my overall negative impression. Ultimately the delay was not excessively long, it just felt that way. So in that respect, my impression HAS improved, and I've upgraded my rating accordingly. However, I still cannot call this a positive experience. I understand that they need positive reviews, but I just can't. They were not clear in their communications, they were not responsive to my attempts to communicate, it was utterly absurd that correspondence and/or bank statements from valid credit unions and investment fund firms are not considered sufficient for proof of address, and that whole business about wanting to disburse my funds in multiple payments was beyond unacceptable. I get that they need positive reviews, but I can't give them one. Positive reviews have to be earned, and while they did, in the end, make this situation right, the struggle to get to that point was excessive.

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated. I chatted with the first rep for a little over 2 hours. I deposited $25 in BTC. The promotion I wanted didn't detail a minimum deposit in it's description and there was NOTHING in the T&C's about a minimum except to say that each promotion had it's own minimum so I assumed $25 was a safe bet. When my deposit finally showed up I wasn't able to add my promo. The rep I had on chat said the minimum for that promo was $30. I asked where I could see that info because I had, I assumed, overlooked it and was very adamant that that I had no problem paying the additional money. The next hair and 45 minutes was spent going back and forth. She couldn't tell me where to find the bonus deposit info and sent me a link to the main casino page no less than 6 times telling me to read the T&C's. When I asked her what page of the T&C's it was on she couldn't tell me. Throughout this time I told her repeatedly I would deposit another $10 if she could guarantee me I'd get the promotion. The chat ended with her telling me if I deposited another $20 (yes $20) I would get my promotion. I deposited, waited until it was showing, and chatted back. I got passed from rep to rep with no explanation. Somehow I ended up with the first rep again and she ended the chat on me. I never got any kind of promotion. I left my balance as is and played nothing for 24 hours just in case. Then I said F it and played it. I couldn't spend that long on a chat again just to get screwed over and hung up on.

Because this ended up being quite A Saga, I've had the LCB moderators remove my previous reviews so I could post a single review with the entire story. July 7, 2021: I received a call from this casino, offering me a special, 750% deposit bonus. Through a combination of slow, grinding persistence and dumb luck (as so often happens with slots) I managed to make it through the 30X wagering requirement and accumulate enough so that I had the maximum withdrawable amount (10 x $100 deposit = $1000) plus the $750 to cover the bonus funds, which were, of course, non-cashable. July 8, 2021: I made my initial withdrawal request, and submitted my KYC documents within an hour or two of the withdrawal request. Because the household utilities are not in my name, and hoping to avoid disclosing any more personal financial information than I had to, I shared a correspondence from my retirement investment firm (which is a valid, recognized financial institution) as proof of address. I received the following an email, and I immediately replied, sending them my actual bank statement, which is from a credit union. Here in the US, a credit union is functionally identical to a bank. It's where I have my checking, savings, car loan, and credit card accounts. I have no accounts at any other banks. July 12, 2021, I send another reply, asking for clarification or confirmation that the account statement I submitted was acceptable. I receive no reply. July 13, I receive this email, not as a reply, but in a separate email discussion altogether, which is alarmingly titled "Withdrawal Request - Cancelled" I immediately reply with my availability for that day. July 13: I receive another email (which doesn't appear as a reply to the first email but in a separate discussion thread, with the same title as the last). I again immediately reply, letting them know I will be available all day, and even into the early hours of July 14, in case time zones were an issue. (At this point, it has actually only been nine days since I submitted the withdrawal request, not two weeks as I stated. that was my error, probably made due to that weird time-dilation phenomenon that seems to happen when you are yelling into the void and there's no evidence that anyone is hearing you, and also due to the fact that *they are sitting on MY money*, which tends to make me cranky and suspicious.) July 19: 7 days after receiving the email stating that their manager needed to speak to me, I send the following email: I also submit another negative review (or rather, a complaint) this time here at LCB, and send them the link. In retrospect, the time frame that has elapsed at this point isn't all that long or unreasonable for a first time KYC approval, but it FEELS like it's been a lot longer, because by this time, I feel like they're not going to pay me my money. July 20: Finally, I receive a call from an account representative identifying himself as Nicholas, who tells me they need a different proof of address. I finally find a document they deem acceptable. Nicholas then tells me that to "avoid complications" they want to disburse my $1000 in $200 payments, once a week for five weeks. I inform him that no, this is not acceptable. The most I will accept is multiple smaller payments over the course of a single week, but honestly, at this point, I'm side-eying them HARD. July 21: Nicholas calls me again, this time to get an updated bitcoin address (I sent my SegWit address, they needed Legacy.) He tries to talk me into accepting three payments over three weeks, and tells me this is to avoid interfering with their payments to other players (rather than to "avoid complications and delays", which was the excuse they used the day before. July 26: Not having heard anything else, I send another email asking for a status update on my withdrawal. July 29: I receive a call from Nicholas. Over the course of an hour-long conversation, he tells me that within 24 hours they are prepared to disburse $500 of the $1000 I'm owed, with the remainder to be paid next week, but that if I will edit the initial review I made here on LCB, they would bump that up to $700. At this point, I'm frankly outraged that they now appear to be holding my money hostage pending a better review, but seeing as I'm recently unable to work due to an injury, I feel I have to play along so I can get my money, which I very much need. July 30, 2021: Nicholas calls me this morning telling me they have processed my entire payment. I check my bitcoin wallet and, indeed, the entire $1000 is there. He asks me, very earnestly, to post an updated review stating that my impression of the casino has improved. Has it? Going back over our correspondence, and the long intervals in which I received no reply despite my best good-faith efforts to establish communication, I have to say in that regard, no, it hasn't. They are extremely poor at communicating clearly, effectively, and promptly. That said, the timeline for the entire ordeal is not as long as it felt when all this was happening. From the initial withdrawal request to payout was 22 days, which I'm given to understand is not all that unusual for first-time KYC processing, especially for players in the US. I really was under the impression that it was longer, because it FELT that way and I hadn't looked back over the dates of all the emails and done the math. But in retrospect, I probably did jump the gun a bit, which contributed to my overall negative impression. Ultimately the delay was not excessively long, it just felt that way. So in that respect, my impression HAS improved, and I've upgraded my rating accordingly. However, I still cannot call this a positive experience. I understand that they need positive reviews, but I just can't. They were not clear in their communications, they were not responsive to my attempts to communicate, it was utterly absurd that correspondence and/or bank statements from valid credit unions and investment fund firms are not considered sufficient for proof of address, and that whole business about wanting to disburse my funds in multiple payments was beyond unacceptable. I get that they need positive reviews, but I can't give them one. Positive reviews have to be earned, and while they did, in the end, make this situation right, the struggle to get to that point was excessive.
