Next thing I know they're asking me for the last four of my social my phone number and all that (which obviously were correct) i offer to send them a copy of my ID or whatever they need and asked them to please update my birthday so it's correct and they disable my account with my deposit still in there! I sent them my verification documents and still nothing! I'm livid! I would also like to point out I can't reach them by phone either

Awful experience first off the welcome bonus info here is not correct. Second I was told by slots lv you only have 7 days to complete a 35x rollover. Completing a 35X rollover in 7 days is impossible!!!

I played here yesterday for the first time since I signed up with a NDB. Made a small $20 deposit so I could get a feel of how the games were. I must say I was quite disappointed. The RTP was horrible for the same games I play on other casino sites. Makes no sense. I doubt I will deposit again. Maybe. I guess we will see....

Slots.lv used to be a really great casino. They nurfed their bonuses ALOT! And they rarely give out cash back or free chips. The game selection is great and cash out times are fast but its really hard to win with the small deposit bonuses

I would have given them a 5 2 years ago but lately they have gotten stingy with any rewards or even wins at this point. One game would pay like crazy but now it doesn't pay like it once did.
