I requested the withdrawal yesterday and it only took about 4 hours for them to approve my KYC documents, and they also congratulated me on the big win. After waiting over a week or two, they verified my documents so I could finally withdrawal my winnings. I went to chat several times about withdrawing to see if everything was good to go with my account to make a withdrawal. They said yes and to go ahead and withdrawal. This was a Wednesday, and they said it takes up to 3 business days to review then it would be sent. Fine,whatever. I went to chat on that Friday to check on the withdrawal and they just said it would come "very soon", but still figured they would take their lovely time and it would be Monday sometime. Well, I go back Monday to chat about it since it had been plenty of time and my account was locked!!! WHAT?!! I chatted and they stated that since I did not make a verification deposit they returned it to my balance and locked my account. Now, I talked to several chat agents ( at least 3 when checking on my withdrawal almost daily after I withdrew, not to mention the times making sure everything was set for withdrawal) and NOT ONE AGENT even mentioned anything regarding a verification deposit. So, I got them to unlock my account and on Tuesday and I made the verification deposit as told and made a withdrawal again. The chat agent said another 24-48 hours it should be processed. So, FRIDAY I chatted AGAIN and they said "soon" again. I told them (amongst other things) that it was well over that time frame and did not feel that I should have to wait the whole weekend until Monday due to not even being told about the verification deposit and that I basically had to start the whole withdrawal process over because of their negligence and all (obviously they only bank during weekdays). Not 10 minutes later, I got an email stating that it was processed and gave me a "trace ID". Since it is Bitcoin, I thought I would see the winnings pretty quick. NOPE. I waited 5 hours and then went BACK to CHAT! She said Bitcoin takes 1-3 business days after processing! I told her I wanted the transaction ID for the winnings that they "sent" ( since their email stated it was already sent) because I still haven't received the money. She tried giving me my wallet address, the "trace ID". I told her this is not my first rodeo and demanded the Bitcoin transaction ID. Then she stated she doesn't handle these issues, so I told her I expect an email from the banking department ASAP. Of course nothing from finance....
