He checked my profile and informed me that the problem is that this 1dt deposit bonus you can get only if you make deposit within 14 days after registration. Yes i made a mistake, this part of the conditions I didnt check. But.. I logged in my account and in my offers tried to get the only 1 offer which was available for me, which also forwarded tho the cashier menu where I could make my deposit. - so to be truth i felt not only myself the problem in this mistake.. I asked Steve if they can be flexibe somehow, because i contacted support immediately (before start to play); and yes I also didnt read the whole terms and conditions only those parts which I find important (gane or country restrictions, wagering, bonus money..etc) but if they let me get as the only 1 option at my offers menu i dont think that I am the only 1 person who contact them with this problem ..
