iGTech Software is a bit of an odd bird, and there is not much information available on their operations. What we do know is that they have teamed up with BetSoft to provide their services and games throughout the field of iGaming. The company is also known as iGamingTech. From what information we have gathered we know that they operate from Italy, but also hold a Maltese license. The company is not to be mixed up with IGT, which is a much older and established iGaming company.
Turnkey solutions or gaming producer?
iGTech is primarily a turnkey provider. This means that they produce backend software for online casinos to run on. Not only that, but they make deals with other game providers (such as BetSoft) to integrate their portfolios into their customers' casinos. The company seems to mainly operate in Italy, though they definitely also reach out to other markets as well.
The company doesn’t, in fact, seem to produce much if any games by themselves. Though after thorough searches we were able to find some slots that originate from this company. Mainly they just provide the support and expertise that is needed to run online casinos.
Though offering plenty of slots for play, the company’s main product seems to be sports betting solutions. This holds especially true for the Italian market. They can also operate poker sites and games as per their license.
Connection to Pragmatic Play
Despite being its own company IGTech seems to have a very deep connection to Pragmatic Play. Some of the games we have seen are definitely connected, either being re-releases, re-skinned or improved on the original titles. This doesn’t really make a difference for the player, as the company works in the backend and doesn’t really run casinos of their own. Good news is if you like Pragmatic Play titles, you should be good to go with iGTech as well.
iGTech holds a Maltese gaming license.
