After almost 3 long months of ridiculous delays, the player’s bank received 2200.00 USD, while the original payout was maxed out at 2500.00 USD. The bank’s fee was 25.00 while the casino took away 275.00 for processing!
Three months is a very long period for the cashout. As if this wasn’t frustrating enough. Very soon another player made a post stating they’d been waiting on a payout for the past 6 months!

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $2000 (their max limit) and within hours of that request I get on and ALL of the winnings I had were GONE! They wiped it all. And in my transaction history,...

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $2000 (their max limit) and within hours of that request I get on and ALL of the winnings I had were GONE! They wiped it all. And in my transaction history, it said my bitcoin withdrawal was canceled as well as a “Manager Withdraw requested” for the remaining balance I had! All of it gone. I didn’t get a message from them or anything notifying me of this decision they made. Don’t waste your time playing here. And definitely DONT WASTE depositing here either. Take my word, don’t waste any time here. Also, it is really hard to rack up loyalty points. So that sucks too. Payout options extremely limited. The handful of times that I’ve submitted withdrawl requests, I got delayed over 2 weeks with the exact same excuses given from each casino. Also you can only ask for 2500 each time so then if I was up 10k or more, which has happened a handful of times, under their ridiculously slow payout rate, it would take over two months to receive that money and of course therefore I use it and within a few days it’s gone, which is their plan. Bonuses come with terrible with the lowest max redemption limits (1x) and the highest playthrough. (20-50x). The slots are the tightest slots Ive ever played on and the vip personal host was changed a few months ago to “Kirsten Gomez” who gives me loyalty chips often of over 500-1000 on each of the casinos I listed above but I never win after the high playthrough and low max redemption that plagues all the “free” money. For example, the comp points you earn has a 1X max withdrawl redemption meaning if you have 20,000 points which is essentially after losing 20k, you get $200 in free money to play with a MAX cashout of $200 after meeting the 40x playthrough!!! It’s a joke! So last but not least is this…most recently I had two $2500 withdrawl requests pending via “coindraw” the “FASTEST” payout advertised in a few days (which is a lie). They delayed the payment by stating processor issues with bitcoin, then coindraw issues then straight lies for over a month and a half. Finally the SAME DAY that I received the payout (minus $275 for each transaction fee) my debit card in which I used prior on those same casinos sites was used on this online clothing exchange called Otrium LLC. for a total of $6,000!!!! I never even heard of this site before and no chance anyone had access to my card to use it other than these crooks. Yes on the same exact day this SUSPICIOUS FRAUD OCCURS, IM FINALLY PAID THE $4,500! No money! No response! I followed all the rules and they took the $150 from my account, in bitcoin, and never gave me my withdraw! I made a legal bitcoin deposit and now I’ve been robbed.
Still waiting for a $2,500 payout. Originally requested it on July 19th, had to re-submit it on July 26th. Withdrawal request was approved for payout on August 4th. Now 20 days later, keep getting the runaround when I ask when I can expect the payout.

I won over $1864 and next thing I know 1700 of it just disappears. I was actually over the bonus play through by 2k. Then the only want to pay me in bitcoin and I still couldn’t get them to complete the transaction.

You get better odds at a casino on a reservation. The real problem is that they sit on the approvals when you do win...for weeks and weeks. It took almost a month to approve my withdrawal request (after making me deposit money to confirm I was a real person) and now it’s been over a month since it’s been approved when they say it’ll be 10-12 days. I’ve chatted with support multiple times and it’s one excuse after another. They have “escalated” my withdrawal twice now and still nothing….dont waste your time with this fake casino!

And in my transaction history, it said my bitcoin withdrawal was canceled as well as a “Manager Withdraw requested” for the remaining balance I had! All of it gone. I didn’t get a message from them or anything notifying me of this decision they made. Don’t waste your time playing here. And definitely DONT WASTE depositing here either. Take my word, don’t waste any time here. Also, it is really hard to rack up loyalty points. So that sucks too. Payout options extremely limited. Don’t deposit here and hope you have better luck on your payout than I did if you do.

I ended up having to go through an entire month long process because support kept saying they were declining my withdrawal because I had a free chip prior to using that code. I ended up having to forward the email to support and after no responses for awhile I finally received a notice out of the blue one day that my 500 in btc hit my act!

I submitted a request for withdrawal on 11/17 which was approved on 11/28 which was bitcoin and I did eventually get paid out on December 29th. It was a process of contacting them everyday and I would not deposit with them again. But it is possible to get paid.

Been playing on here for over two years, along with the other casinos under their “ umbrella “ due to my “vip personal host” direction (Scott something) including silver oak, lucky legends, ruby, and planet 7. I’m a daily player with a vip5 (highest level) rating. I lose over 10k a month of my hard earned money. The handful of times that I’ve submitted withdrawl requests, I got delayed over 2 weeks with the exact same excuses given from each casino. Also you can only ask for 2500 each time so then if I was up 10k or more, which has happened a handful of times, under their ridiculously slow payout rate, it would take over two months to receive that money and of course therefore I use it and within a few days it’s gone, which is their plan. Bonuses come with terrible with the lowest max redemption limits (1x) and the highest playthrough. (20-50x). The slots are the tightest slots Ive ever played on and the vip personal host was changed a few months ago to “Kirsten Gomez” who gives me loyalty chips often of over 500-1000 on each of the casinos I listed above but I never win after the high playthrough and low max redemption that plagues all the “free” money. For example, the comp points you earn has a 1X max withdrawl redemption meaning if you have 20,000 points which is essentially after losing 20k, you get $200 in free money to play with a MAX cashout of $200 after meeting the 40x playthrough!!! It’s a joke! So last but not least is this…most recently I had two $2500 withdrawl requests pending via “coindraw” the “FASTEST” payout advertised in a few days (which is a lie). They delayed the payment by stating processor issues with bitcoin, then coindraw issues then straight lies for over a month and a half. Finally the SAME DAY that I received the payout (minus $275 for each transaction fee) my debit card in which I used prior on those same casinos sites was used on this online clothing exchange called Otrium LLC. for a total of $6,000!!!! I never even heard of this site before and no chance anyone had access to my card to use it other than these crooks. Yes on the same exact day this SUSPICIOUS FRAUD OCCURS, IM FINALLY PAID THE $4,500! I still haven’t received the $6k back and it’s been over a full month now since it was stolen by someone using my card (which was saved via “inclave” the trusted site that links all the casino accounts under their umbrella together). Otrium is also conveniently located outside of the US also. Hmmmm. If you are a small stakes player, you can win and quit. I’m not obviously. I have a problem and I’ve asked them NUMEROUS times to blacklist me and they tell me they can’t because I’m one of their top players easily with how much I lose daily every week of every month of the last two years and only withdrew a total of 6 times which never once was processed any sooner than 21 days and I’m a VIP5! It makes no difference. They are truly a SCAM in every way. The bonuses are the best on the surface but if you read the small print you’ll realize they are complete garbage. (650% bonus with a 5x max redemption which is a joke. You deposit $50 and get like $550 to play with a 30x playthrough and then can only withdraw $250 max!). Please don’t throw your hard earned money away on any of their 10+ casinos. At least now you have been warned and I hope you play elsewhere for your sake! I’m an addict like I said and knowing it’s a scam I yet play and lose every day. Makes no logical sense hence my affliction destroying a life I work so hard to create!

New payout scheme proports that they payout faster...I can verify that I have received multiple payouts from this casino and they have NEVER been slower...after they pass the deadline they commit to in their marketing, they refuse to let you speak to anyone that has any effect or control over the process. I don't know if they changed leadership or just policy, but it's not worth it to play here. you will rarely win, and their slots payout percentage is around 25% in my opinion. You get better odds at a casino on a reservation. The real problem is that they sit on the approvals when you do win...for weeks and weeks. You cannot speak to anyone who knows anything about the process once you win anything. Best of luck, but my suggestion is spend your money somewhere else that actually pays their winners!

This is one of my favorite casino's they have a good rotation of new bonuses all the time the payout was pretty damn fast for me with bitcoin and the support was very courteous and actually knew how to be of service I just wish the comp points redemption wasn't so damn high

Love the rtg games but withdraw is a long process. Have won 500 bucks twice and too 6 weeks on first withdraw having to verify documents which i understand but second withdraw took over a month they blamed a large volume of pay outs.
