According to this player, the operator’s processing times on withdrawals at that time were unrealistic and set at 7 to 10 days for approval plus the additional 10 days to process. For the funds to reach one’s bank account, it took another 7 to 10 days. For Bitcoin even longer!!!
After almost 3 long months of ridiculous delays, the player’s bank received 2200.00 USD, while the original payout was maxed out at 2500.00 USD. The bank’s fee was 25.00 while the casino took away 275.00 for processing!
Three months is a very long period for the cashout. As if this wasn’t frustrating enough. Very soon another player made a post stating they’d been waiting on a payout for the past 6 months!
It soon started to become clear that the players were being scammed at Sunrise Slots on a massive scale. And this was just the beginning.

I don't have a passport or driver's license. I've sent perfectly clear ID Photos to the department which is supposed to handle the issues at sunrise for days with the same old runaround. The ai hooyu overlord scares them from actually overruling the broken ass brood parasite ai because they are worthless even after submitting perfectly clear ID pictures they have done absolutely nothing but tell me the same jargon even though I can't take anymore pics with my ID for her virus hooyu. They'd verify and take my crypto but will not verify me or assist with the verification of my ID. The management is absolutely worthless I encourage everyone to avoid this forked shithole den of thieves site like the plague.

I even tried to give the benefit of the doubt and played again and won $800 , I had claimed a "No Rules" bonus with free spins, the free spins came with a $350 playthrough which I did and tried to withdraw the rest and they wont let me. i did not know that sunrise was part of the virtual casino group when i first started playing and they live up to their bad reputation of very slow payouts ,it takes 10 days just to approve all together a month to get paid and something is wrong with some of their slots they have network lag or something i told them about...

37 days waiting on a measly $100 payout with my last email reply telling me no date has been set to transfer my Bitcoin. No help from customer service except to "Escalate my request" which translates to do absolutely nothing.

So, overall, I am quite happy with the results. I'm pretty new to online gambling and I wouldn't disregard all the bad reviews others have written, but this wasn't too bad. They always responded via chat to answer my questions. Obviously, there are some hassles with verification, and its defintitely worrisome and unfortunate in this day and age that w/d isn't instant (or close to it), but in my opinion, the Inclave sites have so far done me justice. Of course, I can't speak for the experience of others but wanted to write in to let people know that if they are patient and stick with it, it's not impossible to get paid. Maybe I got lucky, well obv I did (60 to 352 was meaningful to me!), but I can't complain overall. Hopefully would be the same if I won in the thousands! Would try again (house money) and see if it's not just a one-time fluke. Will update.

Terrible casino owed us two hundred for months now. And now it wants a 10 dollar Litecoin deposit to get a third hundred percent. Don't waste your time . That never pay. It's a 100 percent scam

Same their the only casino that takes so long weeks just for a small withdrawal it makes your site look like it's not dedicated to customer service you have to fix it or the other casinos will get the customers you realize all the other casino pays within 3 days and it wouldn't take much to get a letters of a court date...

37 days waiting on a measly $100 payout with my last email reply telling me no date has been set to transfer my Bitcoin. No help from customer service except to "Escalate my request" which translates to do absolutely nothing.

I am having trouble getting paid for a small amount. It's $175 it's supposed to be bitcoin. It took 2 weeks to be approved, and still not paid. Just keep getting told they are aware and trying to send it as soon as possible. Disappointed because the casino has good games and bonus. But if they don't pay...why play? Crisopatra

They are nothing but a scam and fraud. Do not waste your money and time on this BS. They never pay your for what you win, but they sure will take your money though. Instantly. They screwed me out of 360$ I won two months ago. I need that money and can't even get it .

Wish I could give this place a 0!!! They owed me 4 thousand and I got lucky with the first 2 grand but they stopped responding to me after!!! They still owe me two thousand dollars! I tried to raise a complaint through somewhere else but it was futile. I never got paid.

I won $1200 and they keep rejecting my documents. Clear picture of my ID front and back and clear selfie but keeps rejecting my ID card.... smh.... so I dont even know if I will get my money from this casino. Wish I would of seen this thread before I played... smh

I was obviously worried about my requested withdrawal (about $352, after depositing on a depositing $60 in BTC on a large no playthrough bonus, something like %350). Anyway, they took away the bonus amount ($207) from my total, charged me $18 for the BTC withdrawal transaction and it took about 4 days from the day I requested. So, overall, I am quite happy with the results. I'm pretty new to online gambling and I wouldn't disregard all the bad reviews others have written, but this wasn't too bad. They always responded via chat to answer my questions. Obviously, there are some hassles with verification, and its defintitely worrisome and unfortunate in this day and age that w/d isn't instant (or close to it), but in my opinion, the Inclave sites have so far done me justice. Of course, I can't speak for the experience of others but wanted to write in to let people know that if they are patient and stick with it, it's not impossible to get paid. Maybe I got lucky, well obv I did (60 to 352 was meaningful to me!), but I can't complain overall. Hopefully would be the same if I won in the thousands! Would try again (house money) and see if it's not just a one-time fluke. Will update.
