I used crypto in which as you know was usually 10 minutes maybe 20 to receive the cashout but this has now changed . Still not long compared to some just makes me a little uneasy after the tournament ban they gave me in their casinos from doing nothing but winning too much on the prizes given.

Rival games are fun but unfortunately I do not trust any casino that has both Rival and Betsoft as their primary game providers. Just my own personal opinion that these Casinos seem to be notoriously unreliable.

The only downside I have experienced is, after sending a friend of mine my referral link (to take part in the Superslots referral program/bonus) I never received the referral bonus. I started a chat with their customer service rep who ultimately told me there was nothing he could do bc she didnt use my link to sign up and if I wanted to claim the bonus she would need to email them. She then sent them an email - but still nada. I ended up chatting again and was basically told the same thing, but said she would have some reach out to me in this regards. Amazingly, I did receive an email from them and have since had my friend confirm, thru the email chain between me and Superslots customer service, but am still waiting to hear back.
