The live chat rarely answer in a timely manner and the chat pops up too often on auto. The auto makes you think someone is there but no one comes. The games lag a little and don't seem to spin smoothly. The playback is also very weak and the bonuses don't pay out very much. They do give a lot of free bonus codes though.

i don't know what is wrong with their support.they ignore my request for account verification.i sent all of my documents 35 days ago but still waiting!
