Making it look personal (LMFAO) Well this bonus was a good one. I read the terms and conditions which were included in the email. Then signed on to the casino and made the deposit I tried to claim the bonus that was sent to me and it stated I had to contact support. This was one of those 2 part bonuses. Well the first thing that happened is they couldn't find my account and here I am looking at my screen with the deposit I just made very clearly in my account. $ times this support staff asked me to recheck my username, my email and phone number to be sure I was giving him the right information. I guess on the fifth time when I game him my full name he found my account. So he added the bonus but it was not the one i had claimed from the email. OH but you see it was a bonus on the casinos site only there were set amounts the deposit had to be to get a certain percentage and the stated number of Free spins with it. That of course was now different than what the bonus offer in my email said. I told the support staff and I cut and pasted parts of the promo in the email that showed what the bonus was and what I was claiming. But the support guy said all he could do was give me the promos that matched my deposit. and the number of spins were dropped. Now if they had not made these requirements and conditions as mouse print so customers miss them every time I would never have made a deposit on this site. And of course, I couldn't get it reversed back to me either. And today I went to claim the 30% cash back on bonus and was told I had to submit my proof of Identity and all the other forms necessary to get verified for withdrawal. OK now let me ask you all something would any of you withdraw 30% of your deposit if it was under 100.00 . Well I wouldn't and iI feel that would be a real waste of everyone's time.
