To me the site was absolutely ok because I made a payout twice from this site. Their games are mostly rival not so many others. I just had to do a crypto payout for the second time because Skrill did not work for me anymore, wait time for the payout is quite long ( even a week)

I am kinda on the fence with this casino. Decent selection of games and familiar lobby set up. I have had a little luck here and was able to cash out a small amount here twice. They try to take every opportunity to not give out a bonus. Dont be mislead into thinking this is a good place to spend your money im glad i had my account permanently banned and requested to not have it reopened even upon request. have been much happier spending my money elsewhere.

I registered on Vegas2Web site and went on the bonus link to claim the $15 free bonus but there was no $15 promotion available. i had an instant chat and asked if the agent could credit my account but he said it wasnt available in my jurisdiction. I live in the UK which isnt in the countries prohibited.

Not only are they extremely slow to answer in the first place, but even while chatting with you, a full 5 minutes between each response is the norm lately. There was a glitch on their page and I had clicked claim on a 60% bonus that required a minimum of $90 deposit. For some reason, it did not save my "Claim", but I deposited the $90, then realized my balance was not reflecting the bonus. Before I spent any of the deposited funds I contacted Live Support to request them to manually apply the bonus (as they had done a few times for me in the past), but they refused. The agent claimed I had a Free Chip active and that was the reason he stated he could not apply the bonus. I told him I had not activated any such chip, and took a screen shot of my available/active bonus section, but he didn't want to see it. He then told me he could not (more like would not) apply the bonus to my deposit. I asked why and I never did get a reason why. He told me they could apply it to my next deposit, to which I replied I would not be depositing at this casino again. I have been depositing at this casino for more than 3 years and I know for a fact they CAN apply a bonus manually, they simply did not WANT to. IMHO this is complete BS.

This did not sit well with me since nowhere on the site do they mention the fact that bitcoin is not available for withdrawals. The system worked fine for depositing bitcoin, so I tend to think that isn't true. Of course my withdrawal time went from 1 - 2 days to 20 + days.
