ThenI could access the cashier page, where I found the minimum withdrawal was 150$, but I still couldn't submit a withdrawal request. Wtf? So, I got onlive chat and asked how tf that works. She said I had to play it up to 150$. I pointed out that the max cash out for that bonus was 50$ and if i had to have a 150$ to cash out, then the system shouldn't have taken over 200$ of my winnings, just to leave me with a balance I couldn't withdraw. She just kept repeating that 50$ was all I could get from that bonus and I had to play it to 150$ to withdraw. So, I did that. I got it to 300 again, but was still waiting on my verifications (which were approved by the system immediately) to be reviewed and my account status to be updated. So, I gambled it back down to 250$ before my account was updated and I could submit the withdrawal request, at which point the finance department emailed me and said I was approved and I just needed to make a 20$ verification deposit in order to withdraw. So, I deposited 20$ and attempted to withdraw, but was then told I had to play through the deposit in order to avoid fees. I played through the deposit, and submitted my withdrawal request. It was denied and they subtracted all but 120$ from my account, with no explanation. When I asked live chat, they referred me to the email that was sent when my withdrawal was rejected, which didn't exist. So I responded to the finance department's email (about the KYC approval and 20$ verification deposit). They responded, saying the MCO for that bonus was 100$, so they had removed all but 100$ of my winnings (AGAINjQuery37108948816873702872_1781458842354) and the 20$ verification deposit (despite that my play through of that bonus-free deposit resulted in winning another 150$?). However, the minimum withdrawal is 150$. So, I would need to deposit 30$ more, and play through THAT deposit, as well, in order to withdraw... I explained that if I STILL had more playthrough, they had no business withdrawing my winnings TWICE. especially the winnings from a bonus free deposit, since I could've made the play through easily if they hadn't sabotaged me. But, now. I had 20$ invested in what should've been a straightforward win... so I debated my options and waited for a respond from them. They came back with, "We can confirm that the first 20$ deposit is verified. But you still have to deposit 30$ more to bring your account up to 150$ in order to withdraw." I knew exactly where this was going and just as I suspected.... no response about my concerns about having money randomly removed from my account on 2 (actually, 3) separate occasions, including after I'd deposited. Of course, gambling is a numbers game. How many times can you expect to successfully fulfill ridiculous wagering requirements while someone is stacking the deck against you?? I finally gave in and deposited 30$, just to play through 150$ across several different slots, and did not hit even once. I don't think there could've been a different outcome. I don't believe these people every intended to cash me out. Regardless of what they had to SAY. I read the fine print. I've dealt with plenty of online casinos and have jumped through every hoop at every casino with ridiculous withdrawal or KYC requirements and succeeded at some of the worst. None of these "rules" were anywhere in their T&C's or in the bonus' T&C's. They simply made up requirement after requirement until they not only didn't pay me out, but scammed me into depositing my money. Which they literally stole before I lost the rest trying to minimize my losses. . This was a 6-7 day process, btw. Eventually, the inevitable was going to happen. I should've known better. But, that's why welcome bonuses exist... so you can see what the casino is really about. This is the first time I've ever had one require a deposit for verification and then wouldn't allow me to withdraw it immediately. That's not just a scam. That's theft and fraud. Don't waste your time.

It was a fast registration and confirmation I have found . I used 20$ no deposit bonus. I saw games I never see before but to warging the 20 $ no all games are available. It was average really. Like most I would have to say. They try to hook you with the sound of bonus and then it dries up pretty much right after that. I'll put a little money into it and see what happens, if it gets better. I will definitely come change my review.
