I finally gave in and got ahold of chat for some information again. This time told that they were behind, but no worries, it would be sent to my online wallet in the next two days. I kept checking and nothing!!! I contacted them again and they said it would be that day. NOT!! I finally received an email stating I could not have my money because I had multiple accounts!! I went back to chat and discussed this with them, told them what I had went through to make sure I did not have an account and on and on.
