Most are familiar with the classic Roulette Table Game, and many variants have taken the internet gaming world by storm. This 3D version, from Playtech, however, goes above and beyond to provide players with an upgraded gaming experience, jam-packed with impressive sounds and graphics, in order to a true to life atmosphere.
Players can look forward to a 3D game, of course, with the gaming screen providing a nice view of a Roulette wheel in the center of it. Betting options are placed along the top of the wheel. On the right side of the game, there is a box containing chip varieties, which are colored and numbered for player convenience.
The rules of the game are based on the standard European rules of Roulette. There are three different ways to place bets. Gamers can place inside, outside, and racetrack bets. The paytable may also be displayed at all times, allowing players to view the payouts for their betting choices.
To place a bet, select the chip which you wish to bet with prior to selecting your desired number on the screen. There are 37 numbers to select from.
Once you have placed your bets on the board, you can then click on the ‘Spin’ button, on the right side of the screen. This will cause the Roulette wheel to spin, using a ball to reveal the winning number in which it lands on once the spin is complete.
3D Roulette Features Explained
To add an extra realistic element to the game, the voice of a professional dealer is also used to announce all game results. Players will also have the option to customize the layout of the gaming screen.
Both low and high rollers will have various betting options to choose from during play.
Gamers should also be aware that this version of the game features only the ‘0’ chamber, and not the ‘00’ chamber.

It's certainly a pretty looking render of the roulette wheel, the overall presentation including the user interface is really first rate, although I've come to expect that from playtechs games. One thing that's not so common is having both the standard layout and the racetrack all available from the main page and just a click away, which is great if you like to mix and match your bets. Best of all though for me is the FAST PLAY option, which allows you to skip all that superfluous imaginary spinning and just see the result straight away.

I Love this new take on good old roulette. It's got very realistic graphics, I almost felt like I was really at a roulette table in Vegas :) I found the game easy to use - placing bets is fuss free and quick.
