All American is a 5 card video poker machine that uses Amaya technology. You’ll find it on the casinos listed below and you can obviously play it for free here. On the face of it this is similar to other poker games, but with the added benefit that you can play it in your internet browser.
How to play All American
0.01 to $5.00 credits and you can use up to 5 credits at a time. This means your total bet will rest somewhere between 0.01 and $25 depending on what you choose. Once you’ve set this bet you can begin playing by pressing the oval deal button.
Initially the dealer gives you 5 cards that are all facing upwards. You'll be able to choose as many cards from these to hold. Next you'll draw new cards to replace the ones that weren't held. It's at this stage that you'll know if you've a winning hand or a bunch of worthless cards. To win you'll need at least a pair of jacks but the largest prizes are paid if you gain a Royal Flush.
After the conclusion of each game you'll have the option to place the same bet or use new bets. You can try this out on the free All American Poker machine above.

Oh my, almost forgot - theres something very badly wrong with this all american version though, the payout for a straight flush is supposed to be 200, not 90!?!? And knocking the 4 of a kind up from 34 to 35 isn't nearly enough to cover that! Poor show.

I had no idea this particular emulation was created by Amaya, I've spent quite a bit of time blasting it over at Sky Vegas when my balance has dropped to near zero as it allows you to play for just 1p per hand, and hey if time isn't an issue, and you know the correct strategy, this is a reasonable enough way to build yourself...
I had no idea this particular emulation was created by Amaya, I've spent quite a bit of time blasting it over at Sky Vegas when my balance has dropped to near zero as it allows you to play for just 1p per hand, and hey if time isn't an issue, and you know the correct strategy, this is a reasonable enough way to build yourself back up to a couple of pounds for a few slot spins or 10p blackjack hands if thats what you wish to do ;) Okay I know that sounds seriously cheap but hey, sometimes when I make a deposit losing it all feels like something of a failure and I'll try anything to get myself back on track, and even if it does sometimes take a fair bit of time, climbing back from 30p to £30 is extremely satisfying! It's not the best VP around unfortunately and there is no double up, but the auto hold is pretty accurate, play speed is extremely fast, and it allows very low bets, so its got a lot of plus points too.
