Theme

Game's theme is a simple one. As the title reveals, the main protagonists that the subject revolves around is a beautiful, tribal woman – aka the Amazon Lady. Contrary what you may expect, this one is not the infamous female Amazon warrior, but an exotic beauty whose character serves as a Wild symbol during the main gameplay and a sticky Wild during extra spins. The whole game reeks with the hints and cues of rainforest exotica – bright, vibrant colors are overflowing the reels, as lower end symbols are your usual assortments of card symbols, each painted in their own striking hue with sort of an Inca pattern going on. Really wonderful graphical execution, it has to be said! Higher end symbols are all wild animals from these remote areas of the world: a panther, a tiger, a lion, an elephant and an exotic bird. The scatter symbol is a depiction of a totem adorned with gemstones. The vibrant colors of the symbols pop out more because of the cleverly designed backdrops, which is just the reel background in beige/earth tones and a subtle graphics of deep, dark jungle and an Inca head statue. There is not much going on in terms of sounds, except for some really basic ones during the spinning of the reels, though some tribal music can be heard during the extra spins mode.

Betting Options and Functions

Right below the main game screen is the beautifully designed player dashboard, made to look like it's an integral part of the game instead of just being an eyesore that stands out as is most often the case. The left-most button is the Info button that lets you have an insight into the value of each symbol, the extra spins bonus and how it world and each of the 50 paylines. A bit to the right, you can adjust your coin size and betting value: the coin size can be set from $0.01 to $5. Features

There is only one key extra feature in this game and that is, of course, the extra spins mode. To trigger it, you need to land at least three scatter symbols anywhere on the reels. And when you do, you will first face Spin the Wheel mini-game – simply click anywhere on the screen to start spinning it and you can win anything between 1 and 12 extra spins. Depending on how may extra spins you get, some reels with turn into sticky Wilds, meaning that the Amazing Lady will appear on those reels and cover them entirely. If you win only one free spin, then reels 1, 3 and 5 will turn into Wilds and if you win 10 or 12 spins, then only one of them will. Our Take

Amazon Lady is quite a decent video slot that boasts fantastic graphics, a very good potential for winning and not too many extra features. The last thing may be a bit of a letdown, as it would be nice to see something else other than extra spins, but even so, this is a highly recommended game that all of us who enjoy slots should try out at some point.
