What’s so special about American Blackjack? For all those who don’t know yet, it’s played with six decks of cards, and only against the dealer (so you aren’t related to other players). As usual, the point is in getting as close as possible to 21, without surpassing the number. You can pick among several bet amounts - $1, $5, $25, $50, and $100. The stakes are high, and the more you invest, the more you’ll win.
But what’s so great about Betsoft’s Blackjack is that the dealer sometimes suggests you what to do next, thus offering some sort of guidance to those of us who aren’t very proficient in blackjack, but are willing to learn. Another good feature lies in the help section, which offers some basic strategies for blackjack, which can be of good use for players who still haven’t got a strategy of their own.
There is a number of options a player can use to their benefit on the table: Split (when you get two of the same cards, split them into two hands), Double Down (when you have two cards, hand of 10 or 11, and are sure that the third will beat the dealer’s), and Insurance (used when you think the dealer may have blackjack).
Blackjack is a game which makes you put your thinking cap on. You cannot just sit back and watch the game develop on its own, but you must make decisions and thus influence the final outcome. Which is quite good – your brain is more active, and your winnings don’t entirely depend on casino odds.
