Do you remember Beauty and the Geek? Well this is nothing like that TV show but is instead based on a high school nerd who’s got a crush on a hot cheerleader. Kelly, the cute cheerleader, stands to the side of the slot and cheers at key moments with her pompoms in hand. She even does fox splits when larger wins are paid. This icon can appear in any position on the middle reel and can substitute for the PC, books, pompoms, bell, desk or science lab icons. Blue locker icons, or three to be exact, will trigger a click me game when they appear. This on-reel feature requires you to simply choose a locker to reveal an instant cash prize.

The feature bonus is triggered when three nerd icons appear. This round involves sifting through the teenage boys bedroom where 20 interactive items hide instant cash prizes. An upbeat rock track plays in the background as you click on items until the word collect is found. The nerd runs down the staircase shouting ‘bye mom’ once the round has finished. You are then returned to the regular reels.

There’s a second bonus round which takes place in the girls bedroom. Like the nerd feature you’ll require three girl icons to trigger it and you are once again asked to choose from twenty different items.

Our Take on Beauty and The Nerd

Sheriff Gaming has done it again; this slot is a cracker and in our opinion is a must play. We thoroughly enjoyed the nerds antics and found the entire slot a joy to play; loads of features, cool graphics and a bespoke soundtrack. Brilliant!
