It is no secret that the iGaming Industry contains a decent amount of games based on various TV Shows. One in particular stands out from the rest, the Deal or no Deal TV Show where contestants open different briefcases and boxes, testing their luck for epic wins.
This is also somewhat the experience awaiting in the Deal or no Deal online slot from Endemol casino provider. There’s a couple of extras to keep you entertained throughout the game but once the highlight of the same is activated, you best rely on your instincts in order to win the Progressive Jackpot.
The title stays true to the TV Show in many ways, and if you think this might be a pleasant experience, let’s get going!
Theme and Symbols
To talk about the graphics, visuals and sound effects, there’s nothing special that’d blow your mind. Instead, the provider opted for a more casual and simple approach, displaying a regular set of reels on a “classic-style” background.
What’s interesting is that this studio knows no limits when it comes to game design and ideas, there are numerous highly interesting games in Endemol’s online suitcase of slots.
Anyway, back on the track, the pay table features A-J royals, Triple, Double and Single Bars, Red, Blue and Green Lucky 7’s, Watermelons, Cherries and Lemons. Just to reverse and make things that much more interesting, the most lucrative icon is the Ace.
Betting Options and Features
The game is built on a 5 reel-ed layout where each reel holds 3 symbols and 20 pay lines. The dullness in the base game is prevented via the Banker’s Offer feature, occasionally on a winning spin the phone is going to ring and that’s where things get tricky.
The banker will then offer you an instant cashout prize. You can either accept by clicking on the Deal button or decline ( No Deal ) and choose to go back to the game whilst taking your initial win on that spin.
Then, the Mystery Briefcase Bonus requires 3 Bonus Symbols in view. You are then presented with 15 Briefcases out of which 11 hold Instant Prizes, 3 are empty and 1 Briefcase hides the “Win All”. If you’re lucky enough to win the Win All briefcase, you’ll be rewarded with all Briefcase values.
On the other hand, choosing the empty Briefcase ends the bonus game.
Now, for the highlight of the title, getting 3 Bonus Symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 activates the Deal or No Deal feature. A number of boxes are present on the screen, pick and choose which to eliminate.
The banker proceeds to make offers throughout this round. At the last stage of the game, 2 boxes remain and if you’re feeling lucky, you might as well win the Progressive Jackpot prize.
Wrapping Up
There are already several Deal or no Deal based games from this studio, for example the Deal or no Deal Jackpot edition. What makes this online one-armed bandit unique is the atmosphere it comes with.
The original TV Show soundtrack and numerous features to temp and test your luck is something the popular TV Show is all about. In that regard, our take is that Endemol did an extraordinary job.

This game deal or no deal is very much ok. This was my first time ever playing it and i like the concept of it but it got old very quickly (very boring). I feel that much of the lack of excitement when playing this game stems from the prizes, the most you can win is a measly 10 X your bet, the reward to risk ratio falls heavily towards the risk not very much reward. I would suggest higher rewards or even better adding a bonus feature that gives you the chance to multiply your rewards.

This is an implementation of the full deal or no deal game and not a slot based on the TV show. If you like the show though its very likely you'll really enjoy playing this. One problem I have with it compared to the TV show is that there are so many low value boxes, which I guess must be necessitated by the math of the game unfortunately, but if the two highest prizes get taken away then the game is pretty much over for you ... but still its a lot of fun and if you get lucky and get the top box you win a respectable 10x your bet... which aint not gonna challenge the slots for excitement, is it :)
