Irish Eyes has a distinct summer feel to it, which is very optimistic based upon our experience of Ireland's weather on the whole! Even so, it feels light and airy which is probably why players seem to enjoy it so much.
The reel icons are very traditional in design and form. They're mixed between Celtic designs and traditional figures. You'll find icons such as leprechauns, shamrocks, red headed ladies, yellow brick roads leading to rainbows and gold filled pots. There's also the regular poker lineup which comprises of 9, 10, J, Q, K and A.
Betting Options and More Functions
There's two different versions of this slot, and depending on where you play you'll be using either 20 or 25 lines maximum. These lines use one coin each which can be configured below the reels in the usual way. These bets can be placed using the spin button, or you can use up to 500 automatic spins on the left hand side.
Irish Eyes Slot Features
The red headed beauty is where this slot gets its name, as you'll notice when you see her piercing green eyes. Three or more of this icon will net you 12 free games which are extra handy because all wins will be multiplied by 3.
The leprechaun icon has two important roles to play because he's wild and can trigger a bonus feature. As a wild, leprechaun icons can count as any other icon except the lady scatter. If the leprechaun appears on reels 1 and 5 simultaneously you'll get to choose one of his icons to reveal an instant prize. Once this has happened you can carry on as normal, or take the money and run for hills!

I prefer much more newest irish eyes version but this game i like also. Sometimes it is worst slot ever because bade game pays rare and very small winnings and of course no bonuses at all. Scatters for free spins has good pay and 12 free spins with 3x multiplier, Leprechaun Wild pays from one symbol on the 1st reel to 5 symbols with 10,000 x line bet, and Wild plays as a extra bonus game for cash prize. But, the scatters got to be from left to right. I think that this rule makes the feature harder to get, especially in Next Gen. Good Luck.

I do enjoy this game sometimes. It has been around awhile, and I like it because of the colors, the free spins, which can be retriggered, which is a great feature, and do like the bonus which is the 'pick me' bonus. I have found I need to play it for awhile, I don't get instant big wins, that is what happens here so far...

I can agree, I don't really like Irish themed slots just because for my eyes they all look the same. I've played this slot for a few times, and it took my money right away, without any bonus round. I can't say the payouts are good because as I said, haven't won anything. I won't be playing this game more.

I guess every slotmaker feels it necessary now to make an Irish Luck / Leprechaun themed / Rainbow Riches ripoff game. NextGen is one manufacturer that I'm willing to let off though, as they rarely screw up when coming up with a slot and more often than not, even when using a common theme, will put enough original touches...

In the case of Irish Eyes, it is a top quality game, and includes a pick me bonus and a 3x multiplier free spins round, however, they have since released a sequel which is a much better game, so take a look at that one instead!
