Iron Man Slot Theme
Red, black and golden colors make up the bulk of Ironman's suit and the same ones are used for this slots theme. If you're a fan of the films you'll instantly recognize Tony Stark, Ironman's suit and the Jericho missiles which Stark Enterprise manufacture as part of the first films storyline.
A collaboration of animated reel icons and sound effects help you get into the superhero mindset. These authentic looking icons include briefcases, missiles, Tony Stark and Ironman in several different poses. These posed icons all trigger a different animated sequence when three or more appear from left to right on the reels. Our favorite has to be the wild symbol which fills the whole reel with an animated flying Ironman.
There's also a range of stylized characters which include 9, 10, J, Q, K and A. These flash rather than animate to mark a win.
Betting Options and More Functions
Tony Stark is a billionaire playboy, but you don't have to be filthy rich to enjoy this slot because wagers begin at just a penny per play. If you want to push the limits you can wager up to £250 and the great thing is that the progressive jackpot can be won with any sized wager.
There are four Marvel progressive jackpots which are all won at random. If this happens you will be faced with twenty hidden tiles and asked to pick until three identical logos appear. The logos are marked power, extra power, superpower and ultimate power which get consecutively larger.
Ironman Slot Features
Iron man appears on reels two, three and four as an expanding wild symbol. If a winning opportunity is possible Ironman will spring into action and take up all spaces on the reel which can lead to more than one win.
Three or more missile icons will award the missile bonus round. This puts you in Ironman's first person view as he chases down a screen full of screaming rockets (ones his company probably manufactured). You choose rockets to destroy and win prizes in the process; bonus wins, free spins or multipliers can be won during this round and we think it's a million times more exciting than regular pick me games. Our Take on Iron man
We loved the comics and the films, which is why we were so pleased that Marvel worked closely with Playtech to produce an authentic slot. The graphics are spot on and the bonus games are amazing too. Throw in four progressives and you've got yourself one superhuman slot!
