Lotto Madness Slot Theme
Quirky and mad are the two adjectives I’d use to describe the Lotto Madness slot theme which is exactly how it should be when you consider the slots title. A chunky logo sits atop the five reels whilst the reels buttons also have a rounded three dimensional appearance beneath the slot.
The reel icons are equally quirky and in keeping with the overall theme. There are a collection of lotto balls (6 through to 10), piles of cash, champagne, wild lotto cars, dollar signs and a smiling lotto winner.
Bets are placed beneath the slot and the options are plentiful with a betting range of 0.01 to $1000. You can select 1 to 10 coins per line, 1 to 20 lines and coin values ranging from 0.01 to $1. The sheer array of options ensures gamblers can place a precise wager suited to their budget.
Lotto Madness Slot Features
The Wild Lotto Madness card can appear on any reel, substituting for all others excluding the scatter or bonus. Five of these icons will award an eye popping 10,000 credits when appearing on an active win line.
Dollar sign graphics award scatter wins when three, four or five appear on the reels simultaneously. You will be awarded 5x your total bet with three icons, 10x your total bet with four icons and 50x your total bet for five icons. These can appear in any position.
When the bonus icon appears in reels one and five the bonus round begins. You are asked to spin the wheel to receive an instant prize which you can choose to take or risk by spinning again.
Finally the Dollar Ball side game can be activated when playing for real money. It costs one credit per spin and pays out when dollar balls appear on the reels. You will receive 1x, 2x, 25x, 1/2 jackpot or jackpot for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 balls respectively.
We’re not going to lie, this isn’t the prettiest slot around but its not supposed to be. The entertainment comes in the form of features, a huge betting range and the chance to win some impressive prizes. Sounds like a decent combination to us - a slot which gets the bob done and then some.

Seems to me the game really dislikes me, it never gave me any big win as long I play this game. Or maybe it's just bad luck streak but I don;t believe in that. I gave this game a couple chances but it disappointed me every time. Sometimes you have to give up and move on, that's what I did. I haven't played this game for...

Lotto madness is playtech slot about the theme of lotto world, i m a fan of gambling so i like theme, this slot is a 20 pay lines slot offering a bonus round with free spins and a wheel that choose for you the number and the multiplier of those spins. This must be the very first game that Playtech ever made, don't you agree. The graphics are a putrid color, bunch of billiard balls. There are 20 paylines, no free spins. The way the reels turn is even sideways. I just wouldn't play this game.

Lotto Madness is quite an old slot, as I see. And the game feature is very simple. Nothing speical except the Dollar Ball feature. There even is no free spin feature, huh. The bonus round is triggered and it seems to be a simple cash wheel spinning. I don't think that this game would be popular any more. Good luck.

Lotto Madness was about to drive me mad but I finally got to spin the bonus wheel. I hit 3 free spins with 7x multiplier. I banked some serious money and got smart and walked away. The game does consist of scatters, bonus wheel, wilds , and free spins. Fun game and I will be back to play again.

It's like a high variance version of a Night Out. I used to play it but never like a mad man. What is good is the potential to win nice (not big) from the Free Rounds, which could appear more often.

I actually stopped playing at Playtech casinos because I was not winning like I do at Microgaming casinos. However I have started to go back to Playtech because heard such good things about it, but because I am playing with bonus money, at Fly Casino, which is Playtech, you cannot play this game because it is a progressive, and it is not allowed. So if I want to play this game I cannot use bonus money, which I probably will do, I did hit a win about $200-$300 here before at Joyland Casino. The free spins are the best here when you get the wheel on reels 1 and 5 and then you spin for your spins, it is great, I love this part this is why I play this game for the free spins, you can get pretty high here. It is a great game and maybe I might win higher if I bet higher. :)

I'm not too fussed about the dollar ball feature, but the base payouts are more than enough to keep my interest here anyway.

this slot i played a few years ago preety often. i had some decent wins. if you hit a wheel on first and the last reel you hit the free spin feature. then you spin the wheel. you can hit from 3 to 20 free spins and multiplier up to x10! i won 20 spins x10 a few times and there was always good win. good luck
