I really enjoy playing this game although I never hit something big on it. The bad thing about NoLimit games is that they are highly volatile and usually casinos lower RTP of most providers and here even lowered with 1% hugely impacts win outcome

I love Nolimit slots. You could say all of them are a bit mental! This one takes it quite literally though. Like others have said, these are high volatility slots, so it's no easy to win. But if you catch the mental patients on the right meds, then oh boy no straitjacket can hold down the wins!

It’s a little confusing as to what exactly I need to do in order to get this slot paying for me, but I have yet to figure it out in the several times I’ve given this one a shot. I find this one to be a dead slot and one to stay away from if you’re looking to hang onto your chips, but if you like, giving away your chips and feel like the casino deserves a few extra from you, then be more than happy to suggest this mental slot to anyone with that mindset.

NoLimit City slot are some way so different than others I play but this Mental really can pay if lucky, seen it once so not often for me

After playing it more then once and even a longer as average session, very disappointing. I’m sure it wasn’t just a bad run, why my low rating for this game. But, ala, it was just my experiences, hopefully others had a way better one on it!

I was unhappy with this game due to its disturbing graphics and visuals. But who cares! If it pays you adequately. Due to high volatility, sometimes the game works according to your wishes, and at other times it keeps draining your wallet. I suggest playing in limit.

Mental is a nice slot, pays in the super, but I do not understand the game at all. It somehow pays crazy with 1-2 connections. It has a nice background. The autospy spins only paid me a few times and the Labatory paid me profit sometimes too.

This game is freeeaky! ...and addicting as hell!. I honestly had to courage myself to play it at first. Kinda scary tbh I didnt know what to expect ;^;!!! The action of the reels seems confusing at first, but after a while of playing you should get the hang of it. I love showing off the gameplay to my land based casino...
