Pai Gow Features Explained:
The objective of this game is for the player to split seven dealt cards in their hand into two Poker hands. The two hands should consist of a five-card hand and a two-card hand in order to beat the dealer.
Players must keep one very important rule in mind during play: the five-card hand must rank higher than the two-card hand.
Individual cards will be ranked in the following order: A (high), K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A (low, but only when part of an A-2-3-4-5 Straight or Straight Flush).
In addition, the Joker may only be utilized to complete a Straight, Flush or Straight Flush. If this is not the case, it is valued as an Ace.
