Top O' the mornin' to ya, and welcome along to our review of Pot O' Gold. This is one in a wide range of video slots from Chartwell gaming and uses three reels and a single pay-line. Players can expect Irish themed graphics, wilds, bonus spins and a range of prizes which includes a progressive jackpot.
Pot O' Gold Theme
Pot O' Gold uses a very simple three reel format which is surrounded by greenery, gold, leprechauns - and a huge pot of gold of course! The designers have placed the pay schedule on a separate screen which is somewhat unusual for a three reel slot.
The reason why the paytable is on another screen is that it's too jam packed to fit on the reel screen. It includes two columns which show the different payouts and various features which are used to unlock more wins.
A quick spin of the reels quickly reveals a range of themed icons. They include pots of gold, rainbows, four leaf clovers, single/double/triple bars, 5 logos and smiling leprechauns.
Betting Options and More Functions
Three reel slots often lack adequate betting options or prizes to keep everyone interested. This isn't the case here because players are able to place low wagers (0.05 to £/€/$3) and still challenge for prizes which stretch up to £/€/$4,000.
Pot O' Gold Slot Features
The 5 times pay icon is aptly named because it substitutes for other icons and multiplies any resulting win by five. It is able to substitute for any other icon apart from the leprechaun or any single paying icon.
When playing with three coins you can win an extra bonus spin if the rainbow icon appears on the payline. This happens automatically and returns you to normal gameplay immediately afterwards.
Our Take on Pot O' Gold
Simplicity is the key selling point on this slot. There's no fuss, just straight up gameplay which surprises with additional features and prizes. We like the fact there's two jackpots (one for standard and one for maximum wagers) because it gives players plenty of options. You can try your luck at any of the online casinos shown below.

It is a classic slot where you can change very little, you can bet one, two or 3 and it has one payline. If you don't get bored, you can give it a try but the boredom comes very fast and there are more drawbacks as advantiges here. Only for people who play something like that in the real life. Not for gambling enthusiasts.
