What’s The Theme About?

There are plenty of slots with Greek mythology themes out there, and not just slots, but other games and movies too. 

This release looks interesting enough though, because even though the theme is used so often, this particular myth isn't commonly seen in video slots. 

Theseus Rises is made by 1x2 Gaming and we have to give them credit for infusing a bit of originality and creativity. The background looks amazing. It's a Greek garden with pure white marbles, green grass and pearly white statues behind the reels. 

The reels are placed in the center of the garden. The background indeed looks beautiful and everything is done in cartoon-like style. The music also sounds like a traditional Greek tune, and it is certainly very enjoyable and immersive to listen to while spinning.

Our hero, Theseus, is the Wild and will replace other regular icons on the grid to help form a winning combination. It can appear on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. The image of the mythical Minotaur is the Scatter and it’s function will be explained further in the features section.

The rest of the paytable is made out of images of King Minos, King’s Daughter Ariadne, Swords, Shields, Ships and other theme-related symbols.
