Tiki Runner Slot Theme

You’re probably familiar with tiki torches, but the name tiki actually refers to Maori mythology, their gods and specifically to the sort of totems they used to put up.

These you’ll find at both ends of the reels, with much of the symbols following the theme. A bit of mysticism is laid on the reels in the form of music and sound effects as well.

Betting Options and Functions

After this, new symbols drop in place giving the chance to land even more wins. The highest payout is 500 times your line bet.

Features

First off, the tiki runner is making his way along the trail of free spins. These are the icons shown below the reels, and the runner will advance one space for each cascading win. This feature resets between spins and can result in a maximum of 20 bonus spins.

Once you get to the feature, you will notice that multipliers are also available. The more spins you play the higher the multiplier will be.

Then there are the extra spins. These are akin to re-spins. Some five symbol combos and almost all 4 symbol combos will give you extra spins instead of wins.

This is quite useful, especially with the lower end of wins. The number of re-spins is in no way negligible, as you can land up to seven of them. This feature does not reset the tiki runner counter.

Our Take

Bulletproof Games’ Tiki Runner is a game that concentrates very heavily on bonus spins. The variance seems quite high, and luckily this is supported by a nice cadre of possible wins.

Still…

…you have to hit the bonus spins and hope for a high multiplier if you are chasing a big win.

The theme is not as rare as you’d think, as there are plenty of slots inspired by tikis out there. Still, if you’re looking for spins and more spins, and yet again even more spins, this is a game worth a try.
