Transformers Battle for Cybertron is a great game, not only it's themed the cartoon heroes of my childhood, but the game is just plain entertaining. I played this game about two years ago at Casinoeuro and it was some experience. Too bad a this game is no longer avaliable for my country.

Very good game, different and fun, although somewhat slow even clicking the skip option. During the first moment I had the feeling of being playing Tetris hehe, however the option of dropping new symbols to form new winning lines is something great, like the option to choose how many free spins and the size of the multiplier....

When playing on demo, my balance was running down, I triggered a free spins round and chose Shockwave, with 12 FS and 3x - 5x multiplier, and in a single round, I managed to double my initial balance. I will try out this game on a live account to see how it goes.

Transformers: Battle for Cybertron review. This is a 40 payline slot with Tumbling Reels, and has a minimum bet of 0.60 and a maximum bet of 1800.00. I am very surprised by the lack of reviews on here so I will give it a go and write one of my own. To begin with this game has a really great theme, it's obvious people have taken the time to make a really awesome looking game with an authentic feel with both the sound and visuals a transformers nut like me would want to see. OK so the graphics on the transformers might look like something from a PlayStation 1 game, but it does not draw you away from that transformers feel. The audio in this game is great, it's not annoying or repetitive like many games you see now, the best part is just for any basic win, the symbols transform, then disappear making that classic sound like from the old cartoons. This game has many features, some of which are the same, but because there is a decent number of them, and because of the tumbling reels it doesn't get boring and stays exciting. First off the main feature in this game is a free spins bonus, which is triggered by 3 or more bonus symbols appearing on the reels. The free spins are exciting and leave you with an interesting decision on how you want to place them. When you active the spins you have 4 different multipliers to choose from. The first of which is 15 spins with a multiplier of 2-4x. Then there is 12 spins with 3-4x. Then 8 spins with 4-10x, and finally 5 spins with 8-10x. the variation in multipliers of your chosen spins is entirely random. I find depending on how lucky I feel at the time to be a deciding factor in the number of spins I want to choose! This is an awesome feature which is well thought out, and adds an exciting chouse on the normal, bland free spins you see in so many slots/games. This game also features 5 totaly random features which can appear at any time (other than the "Ratchet feature, which relies on certain symbols to already be on the reels to have a chance of appearing) First off there are the Megatron and Optimus Prime features (which are 2 separate features but are very similar so I will explain them together). Megatron or Optimus Prime can appear at any time and destroy all opposing symbols - Optimus Prime will destroy all Decepticons and Megatron will destroy all Autobots. I usually find with these two features that they will destroy 25 - 40% of the total symbols on the reels (but probability means it could be any amount). and after these symbols are destroyed the tumbling reels will take effect and you will often get at least 2- 3 extra wilds - giving a very high chance for at least a small win, and a chance to win again with more tumbling reels. The third and fourth features are also very similar, they are Shockwave & Grimlock. Basically these two features can appear at any time in exactly the same way Optimus prime and Megatron do, but these two features will burn away any random lines, reels or entire pay lines causing the reels to tumble then you will get at least 2-3 wilds with a high chance for a win and further tumbling reels The last of the random features is ratchet, and I think this is a nice little addition to the game. If you get 2 scatters appear, ratchet will occasionally appear (in the same way as all the other random features) and he will burn away just the one symbol which will then cause another bonus symbols to appear activating the main feature, thus triggering the free spins feature. Overall this is an awesome game. If you like transformers, lots of bonuses and features, awesome visuals and great sound, and in general an overall well-made feel to the games you play then you should definitely give this one a shot, sure some of the features are very similar, but there are many of them, and the tumbling reels makes for very exciting game play. Loading up transformers for the first time, you might say I was not expecting very much... lets face it, IGT have not exactly been kings of innovation in online slots in the past couple of years. Alas I could not have been more wrong, Battle for Cybertron is one of the best IGT games I have ever encountered. The rolling reels feature has always been a favourite of mine at Microgaming casinos and works just as well here. I'm not a fan of the 'feature bet' idea which seems to be directly imported from WMS slots, but the payouts in this game seem to make it somewhat worthwhile - the paytable is definitely in the high variance category! Overall its an excellent game and if your playing at a room with mainly IGT games you would be mad not to try this out!
