$107,750 Restored: LCB Resolves Major Withdrawal Dispute at Ybets Casino

Thanks to prompt mediation and thorough evidence review, the player’s full balance was ultimately restored after months of delays, marking a successful resolution.

Multiple Issues Experienced During $107,750 Withdrawal 

In July 2025, Dutch player TimmyR hit a major win at online casino Ybets, totaling $107,750/ 107,750 USDT. The win followed a non-deposit bonus of 80 IMR (YBS currency, the casino’s in-house currency), which the player used and increased to 1,128 IMR through gameplay.

After reaching the maximum bonus cashout of 800 USDT, TimmyR continued playing with his own funds, ultimately securing the juicy win of more than $100k.

However, shortly after his win, the casino confiscated the funds, citing a violation of bonus terms, specifically clause 2.10 regarding maximum cashout limits. 

TimmyR insisted he had complied with all terms, providing private video evidence demonstrating the separation of bonus currency from his personal USDT funds and fair gameplay.

After repeated attempts to contact Ybets directly and posting a complaint on other websites, TimmyR filed a formal complaint through the LCB and posted on the forum on November 20, 2025. 

The player explained to our moderators that the casino remained largely unresponsive for several months, despite the fact that he had submitted over 100 emails and evidence of his compliance. 

What gave him hope was another successfully resolved complaint involving the same brand- Ybets.io (Formerly Inmerion Casino) confiscated $16,425.00 USD, successfully resolved with the help of our moderators. 

Funds Returned, But Withdrawal Issues Persist

After five months of delays and without success on other mediation platforms, Ybets finally returned TimmyR’s full balance of $107,750 on November 26, 2025, acknowledging the previous confiscation was unjustified. LCB confirmed the resolution, marking the initial dispute as closed, after only a couple of days. 

While the funds were restored, new issues related to withdrawal policies emerged. Ybets imposes a daily withdrawal limit of 1,000 USDT and allows only three pending withdrawals at a time. 

TimmyR reported that at this rate, it could take months to fully access his winnings, particularly given the prior five-month delay. He requested higher daily limits or a single manual transfer, citing fairness and the undue delay caused by the casino’s initial error.

Ybets responded that withdrawal policies are fixed, applied equally to all players, and cannot be altered for individual cases. 

While the initial complaint is resolved, LCB will endeavor to advise the casino to consider increasing the limits. We’ll keep you posted on all the updates.
