The latest industry news report of a new potential acquisition in the business, that of London-based, interactive games developer, Ash Gaming, which is rumored to be close to being acquired by Playtech Ltd. for an undisclosed consideration.

It was reported by an unspecified source that "the deal is in its final stages.” The correlation between the two companies already exists, as the Playtech-owned Gaming Technology Solutions (GTS) EdGE platform already provides a number of its clients with several of Ash Gaming's top games.
