Cryptologic Closes a Deal to Acquire Maltese Licenses

The deal includes OIGE licenses for Intercasino

Software developer Cryptologic has announced its acquiring of the Maltese online gaming licenses for InterCasino from OIGE, a long-standing customer of the company's fully hosted online casino platform. The transfer of the licenses has been cleared by the Maltese Lotteries & Gaming Authority.

In addition, it seems that the software company is presumably still in negotiations with Amaya Gaming about their offer for the acquisition of Cryptologic issued and to be issued share capital at US$2.50 in cash per common share.
