The Danish Gambling Authority (DGA) has initiated the process of extending one-year licenses that expire at the end of 2012, making them last for five years.
Letters will be sent to license holders this month on the status of their license and any potential circumstances that may have the license not extended or extended for a shorter period, along with requests for additional material or certification.
The regulator has also prescribed deadlines that stakeholders need to comply with in order to ensure the continuation of their gambling services.
