The partnership deal closed between mobile gambling firm Probability and San-Francisco-based developer and publisher of freemium mobile and tablet games Glu Mobile will see the latter produce branded, real-money mobile slots for Probability's regulated markets, and they will initially be available in the UK and Italy.
Those original IP-branded casino games will form a part of the Probability portfolio and will be offered to its direct customers on brands, such as LadyLuck's, as well as to its white label partners and B2B clients, including PaddyPower, William Hill, Rank and Ladbrokes.
Also, the deal envisages that Probability will provide a comprehensive operation role and assume all gambling-related regulatory responsibilities.
