The newly formed group will be based in Feltham, London and additional offices will be stationed in Manchester and the Midlands, as well as Puerto Rico and Mexico.
It will be led by Steve Frater as executive Chairman, Ian Timmis as chief executive officer, Robert White as chief operating officer and Gareth Phillips as chief technology officer, while the four business sectors will maintain the same managing directors: Phil Horne at The Global Draw (UK LBO), Alex Stephens for Interactive, Michael Koch for international business and Chris Sullivan for pub, arcade and bingo (Barcrest and Games Media).
In regard to new developments, Frater said: “Now we are able to further combine their core strengths and expertise to create a powerful international force.
