Back Gaming Authority in Holland Explores Responsible Online Gambling
The Dutch Gaming Authority has invited licensees, inspection bodies, trade associations and those working within the field of responsible gambling to a workshop on February 27, 2013, to gain an insight into best practices in responsible gambling online.

At the moment the existing Games of Chance Act, prepared by the Ministry of Security and Justice to regulate online gambling in the Netherlands, is under consideration and the Kansspelauthoriteit is trying to anticipate changes in the Dutch online gaming market.

In order to do so, the Authority hopes to find the best way how to: 1) register and identify players, including the exclusion of minors, and 2) tackle problem gambling prevention, considering to setting limits in time and money, as well as to monitor player behavior and exclusions.
