Back UK Online Gambling Tax Bill Read in House of Lords

The plan by the British government to require online gambling operators providing gambling services to British punters to obtain secondary licensing and pay taxes was read in the House of Lords on 14 January.

The bill is still up for a detailed review but plans to set it in motion are on target for the end of 2014.
