The former chief of Aristocrat Technologies, 43-year-old Atuli Bali, has signed on as non-executive director of Gaming Realms'.
After leaving Aristocrat, Bali became the current president of the Real Networks' games division.

"He is one of the very few executives with deep experience in land, online and social based games and lotteries on all platforms.
