The Nevada Gaming Commission has given its stamp of approval for the merger of Bally Technologies with Scientific Games.
The Commission's approval was the last regulatory requirement needed to finalize the merger.
Scientific Games announced Thursday that the deal will be completed as of November 21, 2014.
"We are pleased to have received unanimous approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission, and we thank the Commission, the Nevada Gaming Control Board and its staff for their diligence in reviewing the transaction," said Gavin Isaacs, president and chief executive officer of Scientific Games.
