32Red plc has announced the acquisition of Roxy Palace’s remote online gaming business for a total consideration of £8.4 million, which involves £2 million in cash and the issuance of 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares.
As part of the purchase, 32Red has acquired the customer database, intellectual property rights and other assets used in connection with Roxy Palace as a result of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Eucalyptus Investment Limited.
Service companies involved with the sellers will continue to work with 32Red providing services until the deal is finalized.

I could only be glad from that news, like some of the comments above all ready mentioned Roxy Palace was going down in the last year, they have worst terms than ever lately and this acquisition from 32red which is very decent company could only bring Roxy back to life. I think the deal will be a nice one for both sides...

I don't play at either of these casinos for obvious reasons, I do see that 32Red casino does sponsors many freeroll tournaments for LCB players. I have not really heard any complaints regarding 32Red casino, so after reading this article and the several comments above, I can only conclude that Roxy Palace is going to be...

Big Boost for Roxy palace , I had just mentioned not long ago that 32 red was pretty independent and not part of a group . With this acquisition Im curious now if they will plan in the future to aquire other stray casinos . They have a great reputation and if the casinos they aquire can adhere to the same it will bring...

This is very good news! Roxy palace has been going down for many months now! They have added very predatory terms like 6x cashout for your first deposit amount in the welcome bonus. Hopefully 32red will remove all these junky terms and bring this place back to life as im going defiantly play there again when i know these...
