As a result of the decision to comply, Betclic has been removed from the Belgian blacklist, which it has remained a part of since 2012.
The Commission subsequently confiscated Euro 600,000 from Betclic that was budgeted for the Belgian market. Belgian Betclic players were also fined Euro 200 for illegally patronizing the operator.
To comply with Belgian laws that require online operators to obtain a local partner, Betclic is in discussions with Circus Group, which could lead to a licensed website in the country by the end of 2015.

Just be aware and always understand who's in the good or bad position. Peace to all!

It also seems to be working out for the best for all concerned. It will probably be a good deterrent for all future violators.
